All cups will have a seam as there has to be a start and stop point, if the cup has multiple colors such as tie dye and others it will be impossible to line up the colors on the seam.

Please include as much details as possible when placing an order such as concepts, color(s), accent color (silver, gold, etc), styles, and exact wording as we copy and paste exactly as provided in the order. Slight modifications to the details are only allowed within 7 days of purchase. If you have a color swatch, inspiration(s), certain characters, etc., please upload it or send it via email with your order number to imperialcustomprints@gmail.com.
Once the design phase has begun, no information from the order can be changed. No exception! We will design using all the details provided and will submit proof(s) for your review and approval to the email account used on the order.
Please triple check the email address being used to place your order as that will be the only email we will use to communicate. Please make sure it's a valid email. Please review the Turnaround Time, Proofs & Revisions below.
Photo Submission
If your design requires a photo or business logo, you can upload it to your order or you can email a JPEG or PDF file in high quality to imperialcustomprints@gmail.com with your order number. If your order number is not included in your email, we will be unable to locate it.
If you are submitted a business logo, please send a high resolution PNG file. This file will have no background.
Please do not crop or edit your photo before sending if possible. The following photos will NOT appear on your product the best: cropped, photo of a photo, filtered, saved photo from social medial, screenshots are not permitted. Imperial Custom Prints will not be held responsible in poor quality and low resolution images submissions.

All orders are completed per the date chosen on the order. We highly recommend choosing a date that is 1-2 weeks before the event as any delays may arise. Orders are shipped the same week (Mon to Wed) of the selected date. In addition, once the order is shipped, it takes up to 5 business days in transit depending on location.
Any order updates will not be provided until the proof process.
Orders needed less than the standard processing time, a rush turnaround fee is required and will need to be added to the order. Please do not select a due date and add an earlier date in the notes. For more information about our rush fees, please click here.
Imperial Custom Prints will not be held responsible in production/shipping delays due to approval delays. The customer will be held responsible for any expedited shipping due to approval delays, if any.
Proofs & Revisions
Proof(s) will be submitted the weekend before your selected due date for your review and approval to the email address on the order. Approval is needed within 24-48 hours to avoid any delays. Please check your proof(s) carefully to ensure accuracy of the design, color, grammatical and spelling errors as we 'copy and paste' all text from the order. We cannot be held responsible for any errors once proof is approved. Once proof(s) are approved, we will proceed with printing and no changes can be made.
There is a maximum of 2 revisions for slight modifications such as cliparts, font or color adjustments, and image positioning. A complete new design is not considered as a revision. A new design concept will be an addition to the project and new re-design payment is required. We strongly recommend including as much details as possible.
If you do not respond to our proofs after our 2nd attempt, your item(s) will not deliver as is. Approval is required. Imperial Custom Prints will not be liable for delays, revisions, or shipping delays. Absolutely No refunds will be provided. Store credit can be given less design and processing fee for only ONE year from issuing date.

For Digital orders only, no physical items will be shipped to you. All digital files will be delivered via email ONLY to the email address associated with the order.
You are responsible in printing your own material.

All item(s) are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority (up to 5 business days depending on location). Expedited shipping is available. Please reach out to us for a quote before placing an order.
Item(s) will ship the same week to the date selected on the order. Item(s) ship the beginning of the week between Monday -Wednesday. Once order is shipped, it takes up to 5 business days for transit.
Imperial Custom Prints will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, weather delays, or acts of God. Refunds will not be issued.
We do offer rush services if you need your order sooner than the available dates shown in the website.

OPTIONAL: Please add the reusable Ice Packs if you are ordering chocolate bars for temperatures of 75F and above in your area! We DO NOT take responsibility for packages left in a mailbox, front porch/door or garage door area where there is a strong possibility the chocolate will melt.

Due to the custom nature of these item(s), we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns under any circumstances.
If you decide to cancel, refunds are not given after 24 hours of purchase. We will provide you with a "Credit" for future events Only if canceled within 24 hours. Credits are only valid for one year from the purchase date.
If you return any items to us unauthorized you will not be refunded for the items or shipping.
