Coupon

Coupon codes and/or promotions cannot be combined or applied to the same order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply a discount to an order once it’s placed. However, the code can be applied to a future order if it is still valid.

Accuracy: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout. 

Expired Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid. 

Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. 

Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.

Ordering

You may place your orders anytime online 24/7 on our website. Processing is usually within 3-5 business days (not including Sunday or Holidays). You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched via USPS which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. See "Shipping" for detailed shipping process.

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase (or approved CUSTOM graphic authorization) to request an edit or cancellation of an order. Editing is approved based on availability, and is not guaranteed. In some cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours from time of purchase and cannot be cancelled or altered once a tracking number is issued. If you need to put in a request please do so immediately on the "Contact Us" form as orders can be shipped the same day of purchase. 

Yes, however every item we carry has a bit of a different fit. You can find most accurate sizing in the Descriptions area for the item or a size chart will be in the photo area of the item.

Returns

No, we do not offer refunds unless a printing or design error is made by Imperial Custom Prints. Custom items are customer approved and our personal designs are as seen on the website. Items are quality checked before shipping for possible damage. Note that bodysuits, swimwear, white items, sale items and accessories are FINAL sale and are NOT eligible for an exchange. 

Shipping

US Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (2-5 business days) - *This option will only appear if your order weighs under one pound.
2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)

International and Canadian Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (14-20 business days) *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.
2. USPS Priority mail (6-14 business days)
3. USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)

*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.

Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please "Contact Us" as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order.

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-15 business days depending on size and detail of order. Any extended timing will be discussed at the time of order if needed.

Express orders are processed within 3 business days.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

*Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day shipping does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.
